RETURN POLICY
Nri- no rules involved is confident that you will be happy with your purchase.
However, nri retrurns are only granted for the following reasons:
- Garments are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached.
- Garment to be sent back within 7 days of arrival.
- Garment/s are full priced items
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
- No change-of-mind, change-of-size refunds on sale items
- No change-of-mind refunds after 7 days of arrival.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you return your full priced item/s for an exchange (within 7 days of arrival) nri will arrange an exchange to you with no additional charges.
If you have purchased with a gift card you will only be eligible for an exchange.

GIFT CARD POLICY
Please use your nri gift card in an appropriate time manner as we only produce limited editions and once our items are sold out we do not restock.

In case we have sold out of our products, nri will offer you a complete refund.

FAULTY ITEMS
Nri- no rules involved takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality.
However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, you will be entitled to the following remedies under the Australian Consumer Law:
(1) exchange or refund of items for major failure or faults or
(2) exchange or repair if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
In assessing a claim for faulty goods, the Australian Consumer Law allows us to take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product, how the product has been used, the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use the product could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.
Naturally, if your product is faulty or incorrect, Nri will arrange a return delivery at no extra costs.

Standard Shipping AusPost (flat-rate $15AUD domestic Australia,Tasmania)
1-3 business days Victoria
2-6 business days NSW, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*
3-10 business days WA, NT, Tasmania*
7-12 business days New Zealand between major metro areas*
*Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.
International Shipping (flat-rate $25)- AusPost International Shipping (standard) takes about 6-12 business days between major metro areas*.
All international shipping times excludes clearance and customs delays *

TRACKING INFORMATION
All orders that are sent will include a tracking reference once the parcel has been dispatched from Nri by our trusted postage partner, Australia Post.
The tracking reference will be sent to you once the order has been fulfilled.

SHIPPING DELAYS
All parcels are sent by our trusted postage partner: AusPost.
Nri is not liable for shipping delays that may incur via a postage third party.
In the case that an unforeseen postage delay occurs, the Nri team will help resolve the issue immediately to the best of our ability with the customer and Aus Post.
Nri is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.
DUTIES, TAXES AND GST
All Nri products are inclusive of GST.
